Once you place your order it requires 7-8 business days to reach to you . Your patience with us is appreciated .

For Atelier orders, it takes 2–3 weeks to ship your order.

Pre order items are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks of order confirmation.

Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you recieving your parcel.For Returns incase of damaged products or defective products.

For the products that are returned by the customers, the refund is issued to the original payment method. It should be returned to us within the 7 days of you receiving the parcel. Please keep the item in its original condition with outer packaging. The accessories are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your store credits method within 10 business days.
