Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you recieving your parcel.For Returns incase of damaged products or defective products.

Atelier — Suits & Blazers

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under your arms, tape parallel to the ground.

Keep one finger between the tape and your body. This is your base measurement for jacket size.

Shoulders

From the edge of one shoulder across the upper back to the edge of the other shoulder.

The most critical measurement. An ill-fitting shoulder cannot be altered easily — take this one carefully.

Sleeve Length

From the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder point, down the arm to your wrist bone.

Bend your arm slightly at the elbow when measuring for accuracy.

Jacket Length

From the highest point of your shoulder straight down to where you want the jacket to end.

Standard: mid-seat. Shorter cut: just below the seat. When unsure, go longer — it can always be shortened.

Bottomwear & Gurkha Trousers

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest point of your torso, 2–3 inches above your navel.

Gurkha trousers sit at the natural waist, not the hip. Always order your natural waist — not your usual trouser size.

Seat

Around the fullest part of your seat and hips, tape parallel to the ground, feet together.

Stand naturally. Do not clench or suck in.

Inseam

From the crotch point straight down the inside of your leg to your ankle bone.

Easiest measured on a well-fitting trouser you already own — inside seam to hem.

Thigh

Around the fullest part of your thigh, approximately 1 inch below the crotch.

Our Gurkha cuts are generous through the thigh for ease of movement and a refined silhouette.

If you have been measured by a tailor or have your own accurate measurements, you do not need to measure again. Simply follow these three steps.

Our team will confirm receipt and begin production using your exact measurements. We respond within 30 minutes, Monday to Saturday.

When between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
Our garments follow Italian proportions — slightly slimmer than standard Indian sizing.
